Don't Miss Out! Last Liter Sale Ever! :(

Don't Miss Out! Last Liter Sale Ever! :(

Greetings SoulFam!!!! We have some news to share! After evaluating fiscal and expansion goals for 2019, we are sad to announce that this will be our last Liter Sale- period! As a small business making amends to maintain a seamless customer service experience, cut down on inventory/shipping costs and losses, decrease our overall manufacturing time, we had to make some changes. While more changes are still ongoing and will be in effect soon, our Salon Sizes are next on the chop block. 32 ounce bottles of our premium natural hair products are expensive to produce at such a fraction of the cost, more prone to shipment damage and overall timely to produce. And because we promised that there will be a Liter Sale at the end of the year, we will oblige but with only 4-5 options. Please let us know below what is a solid MUST HAVE in Liter Size! Hopefully yours will make the list!

*We may consider 16 oz sizes as an option next year!

Please no I love your salon sizes, once I’ve tried something in the 8 ounce I wait for your liter sale. I do understand about being a small business owner and having to maintain your bottom line. I agree with Jas B but how about a compromise and salon sizes once a year or twice at the most. Please reconsider if at all possible if not maybe 16 ounces because 8 is definitely not enough for four 4 natural heads with bi-weekly washing.

Ii would love the hibiscus and pumpkin clay wash in liters! But I will take a 16 oz size too!! :)

I need the hibiscus dc as well. Didn’t see it on the list, but should certainly be an option

I’m hurt too. We need to figure out what we can do to keep the liters. And pick more items!

I love you products especially the seasonal bundles for my natural hair. I would really hate to see the liter sale discontinued. My entire household is natural so the liters really help us a lot and it cuts back on me having to either go to another brand that I can find in a retail store that is local if I run out. The site is always sold out of the items that we need for our hair so the liter sale helps us stock up on these great products that work well for us all. I must say I LOVE everything you’ve produced and put on this site and I have brought a lot of your products so it really hard to choose just one for a liter but if I had to really pick one I think it would be Knot Sauce. Really gonna miss these liters : ( !!

This makes me so sad 😭 I literally can’t choose just one. I equally love the Fro Despair, Frizz Whiz and Knot Butta. Literally they are the only three products I use consistently. I always purchase liter sizes when offered because they last forever making them budget friendly (versus having to repeatedly purchase smaller sizes). That being said, I do understand that as a small business owner you have to make tough decisions. However, pleeease reconsider! 😩 Even if you only offer salon sizes once per year, I’m sure consumers would be satisfied.

Would you consider having one or two salon sizes every quarter? It was your salon size offerings that brought me to your business and has made me sign up for your membership. I’d like to still have that option even if it is limited to a couple of times a year.

Maybe the different variations of Knot Butta. The kokoa or the PUMPKIN 😫

Please do a liter sale on the Fro despair. This conditioner has helped my hair so much! It is the holy grail….the golden child! It’s disappointing to hear about this news though.
You are the first black business I supported until I discovered others. Alot of your products didn’t work for my hair, but I stuck through until I found the Fro despair. I think that the issue you are experiencing may be associated with you constantly creating new products, which means new ingredients and increased costs. I think you should take the time to analyze which products are selling and working the most for your customers and keep them. That way you build consistency and rhythm. If a lot of people have commented on loving a product (like the Fro Despair ;p ) then keep it.
I hope you find this comment helpful.
