Where is my order?
Thank you for your order. Due to the small batch nature of our business, please Note that orders can take up to 7 business days to ship and longer during sales/promotional periods. Please refer to our Shipping policy here.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped from our headquarters, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
Registered users have the ability to track their orders through My Account. The Order Tracking link lets you see where your order is as soon as it ships.
How do I return my order?
Soultanicals wants you to be happy with your purchase however because our products are handmade especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened packages. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive your package so we can work to rectify it.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
Please also note that if your package has indeed been delivered and you did not receive it, you will have to file a lost/missing package claim with USPS.
We are not responsible for any packages marked "Delivered', once shipped.
