A.C.V. Clarifying Hair/Scalp ‘Poo deeply cleanses, refreshes and removes buildup of overworked strands. Also lays the cuticle down leaving you with smooth, frizz-free strands! Apple cider vinegar nourishes the hair and scalp and increases the activity of the sebaceous glands to flush out debris, excess build-up, and unhealthy bacteria.

INSTRUCTIONS: Apply ACV shampoo to wet hair, massage into hair and scalp to break up dirt & debris. Rinse. Apply shampoo a second time, massage longer to stimulate blood flow to scalp and hair. Rinse again. Follow up with our nourishing conditioners.

I thought this would be a soft gentle cleanser or like a regular shampoo but it is a little stripping. It has African black soap and acv but it has a rich lather and gets the hair clean but does leave a waxy feeling on the strands. I recommend going in with a cowash or moisturizing conditioner right after to prevent tangling. It doesn’t dry the hair out like most African black soap washes but it does reset the hair for a moisturizing wash day. 10/10 highly recommend

In the past I’ve used other ACV based cleansers to clean my hair while protective styling and the experience were simply blah. I would often get itching a few days after cleansing. However I used this on my hair while having my faux locks in and it did an amazing job of getting my scalp clean clean !!! No dry feeling or itchy scalp soon after. Another keeper added to my collection

One of my favorite shampoos! I have 2b coarse hair and I've been using it weekly to clarify but will probably cut it down to every other week in the drier months. It has vinegar in it so I feel like it's a gentler option than my chelating shampoo. It smells a little like ACV but mostly like apple cinnamon and I LOVE it. Gives my hair the squeaky clean feeling. Never stop making this!

This is my favorite cleanser from soultanicals. I love that it has African black soap and apple cider vinegar. It really helps with itchiness and balances out my scalp when I have build up. I also love the spout that allows me to put the shampoo directly on my scalp and I can use exactly what I need to cleanse. I just wish this was available all the time!

Not my favorite I think this shampoo messed up my wash day. The consistency was weird, it left my hair feeling like it had a residue on it I couldn't get rid of. My scalp was clean however. I wouldn't use again.

Love & Hate I have a love and hate relationship with this Poo. It smells so good, like a Cinnabon. It lathers great and clarifies amazing. But that’s also why I kinda don’t like it, it leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean, like to the point where I feel like it causes more tangles. So I just pre-poo in order to help with that. If you’re thinking about getting it I suggest you give it a try
