It has a very unique vegetable powder smell when you first open it. I don’t mind it but it is pretty potent when you open the bottle.
I also haven’t noticed breakouts with these which is a great sign so far but I always drink a full 17 oz bottle of water with vitamins just in case.
The first week of taking these, my nails repaired themselves and grew. (I am a bitter so) Haven’t really noticed any hair growth yet. I was taking the manetabolism plus vitamins before and these are a good alternative to shake things up.
I also like how it’s similar to the original vitamins but in a better delivery form and the capsules are clear so I know what’s in them.

NO SIDE AFFECTS
I received no side affects from this vitamin. With this being an herbal vitamin, i was a little apprehensive but these gave me no problems. I take 2 with a meal and that's it. No acne, no smelly burbs, nothing. Love them and you get a TWO MONTH SUPPLY in a bottle. Such an outstanding value.

You guys! I am soo pleased with these vitamins. Soultanicals first vitamins ever and they did not disappoint (and I mean.. they never do)! I believe I have scalp issues.. and this is on top of having low porosity AND not being able to retain moisture for very long making it difficult for me to get more than an inch growth PER YEAR. Yes seriously! It's a pain in my a**. These vitamins gave me the inch in one month that I have been dreaming of and not only that but I have tried so many hair vtms and these are THE ONLY ones that grew my edges back in. I take these and the biotin gummies together. My hair is already growing like crazy. These give me vanilla burps. But they don’t taste like anything when they’re sitting on the tongue.
