When Magical molasses got low i used the little that remained to prepoo and it performed way better than another brand product i was using. I have type 4 kinky curly hair, very dense. I have been bleaching and coloring my 3a/b curls for over a decade. I also had a lot of damage using another "curly girl" line. This is an amazing deep conditioner for moisture, I have thick type 4 hair.. if it moisturizes my hair it should work for anyone! lol. It is in my opinion better than the afrotastic curl elastic dc. I would love if this came in a bigger jar.

As with the other conditioner I do wish it were a bit "heavier" but I love the smell and the fact that it actually SOFTENS my hair and does not leave a residue. I really feel like the soultanicals line may be what I've been searching for. Sometimes I use this as an additional leave in and STILL NO RESIDUE!!

Great deep conditioner! I mixed with the agave caramel and sat under my hair steamer for about 45 min and rinsed with cool water. The results were amazing. Great slip so it was easy to detangle and the smell was good enough to contemplate eating it. Will def be purchasing again!

Very Clear rinse out, no wax feeling or residue feeling to my hair at all. Would recommend to sit under warm temperature drier for even more deep penetration. I followed by the leave in Aqua Mane leave in followed by twisting my hair with the Koco Knot Butter. I can truly say that I am extremely pleased with all the products I have brought. Heavenly

Melts the tangles like butter
The first time I used this, I wasn't impressed and put it away for awhile, however, after getting a fresh curly cut trim 2 weeks ago, I decided to try this again and my goodness, when I went to detangle my hair before washing out, the tangles melted out of my hair like butter. Very impressive. Not too sure about its deep conditioning properties as my hair didn't feel anymore moisturized than it does with a regular conditioner but definitely going to keep using in my next few washes.

Great smell, good slip and a great after feel! This conditioner will definitely be a repurchase. I like to be able to detangle my hair but I don't like the feel of residue some can leave behind. This one conditioned well and detangled while smelling awesome with amazing ingredients.

My hair was basically one big knot. The smell is the first thing that hit me, it's this weird mix of coffee and molasses that I absolutely fell in love with! The texture was not as thick as I usually like for my DCs so I didn't have high hopes but I was totally wrong! This melted my knots away and made detangling so much easier!

It made detangling a breeze when I used it alongside the Honey, I Shrunk the Frizz shampoo bar. It melted into my coils and curls so well that it actually took me less than 30 minutes to detangle. Trust me, that's no small feat! I so wish there was a 16 oz size. I'd easily buy two of those!

This is the second time that I've used this deep conditioner. I recently retouched my color, and during my visit my stylist blow dried my hair because it was still damp(bad idea) when I got home I thought that I had heat damage. Long story short, I used this to revive my coils and I must say, I love this stuff!! My color was still in good shape, it's moisturizing, slip outta this world, and the scent reminds me of maple syrup! Ayo, please bring this to the 16oz and 32oz!! We need this!
